Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support NB system EE, Power and IO relative implementation, documentation and change management.
  • Designs, analyzes, documents and functionally feature enabling.
  • Create/Review test requirements, specifications and designs to assure product quality with ODM directly.
  • Protect intellectual property. Drive idea generation for technology implementation in Dell NB platforms.
  • Interface with ODM and third party lab venders to define, and manage the test criteria and measurement items.

Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical engineering.
  • Able to interact closely with cross functional engineering teams, solution providers and ODM partners.
  • Willing to learn program management skills with priority setting skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications across global organizations.
  • Ability to present clear and concise information to teams and customers.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in X86 system design, system PWR architecture and related HW design skillset & knowledge.
  • Team player and self-motivation.
