GENERAL SUMMARY

DELLEMC PSE IVE group provides innovative, scalable and industry leading software solutions to manage, validate and emulate DELLEMC storage, server products and systems in modern data center.

This position is expected to be responsible for the quality assurance testing of the diagnostic software for DELLEMC storage systems. You are expected to working in global collaborating environment with other talents of the team to drive solution excellence and innovation by leveraging industry advanced technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for quality assurance for diagnostic software for DELLEMC storage product line and deliver test-ware to validate DELLEMC manufacturing and Platform and System Quality Engineering.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development process including but not limited to: requirements analysis, design, develop, integration test and regression test. 
  • Run qualification and provide basic root cause and analysis and appropriately communicate to stakeholders.
  • Deliver QA Acceptance report and Qualification Report to stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze and revisit the software quality data and provide feedback for process improvements and drive the best practice for product delivery.
  • Interact cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across organization lines.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • Interested in HW solutions and technologies, have basic knowledge of compute architecture.
  • Experience with Linux environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Python scripting is a plus.
  • Strong problem resolve skills.
  • Careful and Responsible about work, have passion and a quick learner.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong team player and ability to work in a fast paced global team

Education Required: Bachelor or above (Graduate in 2020 or later).

Working Time Required: At least 6 months internship with 3-5 days per week.
