Our Product Technologists play an essential role in creating technologies that drive human progress. Using our in-depth product knowledge, we provide pre-sales technical expertise for the development and implementation of complex products, applications and solutions. We’re relied upon to deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to sales staff and customers and provide technical input into bid proposals. We also assess the potential of products to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create, represent, communicate and execute sales strategies and programs that drive increased revenue and market share.
  • Ensure brand values are maintained and drive sales promotion campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Attain team revenue and margin targets. Responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level and driving results.
  • Maintain strong collaboration across BU’s and functions and responsible for organizing cross functional teams' engagement with accounts.
  • Manage complex or strategically important accounts and account teams.
  • Exercise control over resources, policy formulation, budgeting and planning.
  • Responsible for all statutory obligations and maintain strong oversight on compliance, control and ethics.
  • Provide direction, development, coaching and performance management and inspiration to team members.
  • Manage hiring, staffing and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce
  • Create, represent, communicate and execute sales strategies and programs that drive increased revenue and market share.


Essential Requirements

  • Develop and implement operational strategy within the context of CSGs overall, long-term business strategy.
  • Work in partnership with senior management to establish and achieve business goals.
  • Use negotiation and influencing skills to manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of professional standards and trends within area of expertise.
  • Strong background in related disciplines (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance) including delivery on business goals and strategy
  • Thorough understanding of business priorities, strategy, and direction.
  • Understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations.
