That’s why our Sales Engineer Analysts make such a difference. Field Sales and Pre-Sales professionals rely on us for technical and consultative support. And because we’re familiar with the full range of Dell products and services, we can help provide a solution to any challenge. As well as receiving, organizing and fulfilling requests, we provide skilled support to both Sales Engineers and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

1) Create a Quotation for Sales & Presales team

2) Capacity Sizing with Sizing tool for Storage/HCI Products

3) Tech Drawing

  • RACK Elevation Diagram: Visualizing RACK mounting information
  • White Board Conversion: drawing diagram with a photo of white board session
  • Tech Profile/IT Atlas: diagram based on the install base information
  • MS PowerPoint, VISIO

4) Tech Help Desk, Power Calculation, RPQ Support

5) Participating in New Value Added Service


Essential Requirements

1) General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure

  • Basic Knowledge of Network, Server, Storage and the relationship among them
  • Understanding on Protocol, Interfaces, Storage Media
  • Knowledge on Legacy or Cloud infrastructure

2) Understanding & Knowledge on Dell EMC’s Products (Training will be delivered after Joining)

  • Hardware & Software Specification
  • Software Features and Functions
  • Basic knowledge of Interoperability & compatibility
  • Knowledge on Legacy or Cloud infrastructure

3) Documentation & Presentation Skill with MS office

4) A degree in computer science or related to IT, or more than 2years experience


Desirable Requirements

  • English communication skill, above intermediate level.

Understanding on the relation of Products, to define and discussing about specification for the Sales team’s requests

Create quotes and deliver for Sales and ASE team and logging to SFDC

Identifying the quoting system issues and report to developers

When New products launching, study him/herself and deliver it to team internally

  • Sizing Lite

Capacity Sizing with Sizers for Storage/HCI Products

Reflect performance for Sizing

  • Tech Drawing

RACK Elevation Diagram: Visualizing RACK mounting information

White Board Conversion: drawing diagram with a photo of white board session

Tech Profile/IT Atlas: diagram based on the install base information

MS PowerPoint, VISIO

  • Tech Help Desk

Complete all required Trainings and get certificate

Based on the Knowledge, which is gained from Training, responding to inquiries from Sales & Presales team

  • Power Calculation

Understanding the SKEWs on the quotation

Calculating expected Power consumption for ASE

  • RPQ Support

Help to Request Product Qualification for non-standard system configuration or composition

Purpose better and faster Service delivery

  • New Value Add Service

Attending online training for New services with Global PSS team

Develop the way to Customize the New services, which is suit for Korea Sales & Presales team

New service launching for Sales team and contributing sales activities
