Solutions GTM Specialist

GTM Specialist serves as center point for the Storage CoC, connecting across functions and regions.  As the regions run the business in-region, the GTM Readiness and Activation team drives cross-functional readiness to enable the regions to accelerate, focus on building initiatives once to ignite the regions.  Through ongoing collaboration with the regions, team delivers and enables Sales Readiness for product launches, key sales programs and support the portfolio

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Launch Planning - Representing CoC to PBU, Core Team, Mktg in launch planning and acting as the PLM conduit upstream to drive GTM readiness in all regions
  • Portfolio Expertise – based on both technical strength and strong business acumen, understand the portfolio to offer portfolio insights spanning launches, in-quarter performance and counsel on action to take and what’s needed, partner with Sales Motion Specialist to consult on sales motions, sales requirements, enablement and strategy, engagement with customers when/as needed
  • Portfolio Enablement – drive enablement accuracy and readiness for the portfolio crossing launches, plays and programs, and as needed by sales along with understanding where/how to promote globally and enable regions with in-region enablement.
  • Regular engagement with PLMs with critical audiences like PBU (Roadmaps, Positioning, PBU-CoC Interlocks), Specialty/PreSales (PowerUp, Tech Council, FRR), Mktg (Msg, Enablement, Sales Comms)


Essential Requirements

  • 8-10 years work experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Background in Sales or Product Management required
  • Program Management experience
  • Global experience
