work closely with the CRE Program Manager in creating a positive experience for our Cloud Native Applications (CNA) customers, set them for success and championing their needs to the Cloud Native Applications Business Unit (CNABU).
collaborate closely with a passionate and committed Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team to ensure customer environments are stable and reliable. Capture best practices and amplify to broader internal teams and customer community.
collaborate with sales and customer success teams to grow customer relationships and ensure customers’ adoption and satisfaction with CNA products
on-board CNA customers to ensure they know how to leverage our products and services
continuously improve upon CRE internal processes based on customers’ feedback
manage cross functional communications and activities to ensure CRE projects for our customers are delivered on-time
earn the trust of customers and internal teams by demonstrating technical and business acumen while aligning with their goals and challenges
develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer environments, ensure complete handover from K8s architects, manage customers’ tickets Global Support Services (GSS) and CRE
bring in the right resources to provide technical advice during customers’ CNA journey and recommend new products and services in case there is a gap identified

Your qualifications include most of the following...
experience in customer facing roles in a tech company for 2+ years
work independently and have the ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects simultaneously
comfortable leading meetings and presenting to a remote audience
have the ability to collect,analyze and report on data to make decisions
ability to work 100% remote
ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbally
