Demand Generation Specialist

Job Description

The VeloCloud team at VMware is seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to assist with the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at moving inbound and outbound leads into pipeline. The ideal candidate will work through our end-to-end acquisition strategy to drive quality leads for our sales organization through thoughtful, optimized processes across all digital media channels.

Responsibilities

· Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and continuously improve our online campaigns

· Build a robust dashboard that measures KPI for marketing funnel

· Proactively identify fact-based trends and opportunities to improve performance

· Maintain clear communication with team members and share optimization insights

· Maintain data integrity across all marketing stack systems, including data uploads and cleansing

· Collaborate with Demand Generation and Partner Marketing managers to drive production of all aspects of webinar campaigns

· Produce landing pages and email templates for key demand generation campaigns and programs

· Provide digital support for all worldwide events, including email marketing, social, and partner promotional activities

· Manage multiple prospect nurture program streams, including procedural logic, list segmentation, content allocation, and email production

· Execute account based marketing (ABM) plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics in agreement with marketing manager

Qualifications

· 1-3 years of demand generation experience at a high-tech company

· Marketo or similar automation platform experience preferred

· Salesforce.com or a similar CRM tool experience preferred

· Experience in making data-driven decisions and driving business transformation initiatives

· Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail

· Deep understanding of marketing funnel

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, BI Tools, and CMS platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent project management skills, especially in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

· Strong teammate not afraid to defend their point of view.

· Multi-lingual candidate a plus – German and/or French

· BS/BA in marketing, communications, or similar.
