With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. The team is also crucial to getting shipping right. All in all, it is a fascinating and incredibly varied area.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collects, presents and communicates accurate and transparent status to business leaders
  • Leads program(s) of medium complexity (technology, organizationally)
  • Implements change as directed in the product development process and recommends process improvements
  • Manages project and program Risks effectively
  • Manages the Agile execution for assigned Agile Team(s)
  • Enhances team commitment, efficiency, quality and predictability through effective Agile coaching
  • Collaborates with the Team(s) in continuous improvement and continuous backlog refinement
  • Collaborates with peer Tech Program Managers to drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and procedures across product organization

Essential Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of, and experience with, Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle processes and procedures
  • Solid interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style, with demonstrated ability to coach and influence
  • Solid cross-functional team management
  • Solid ability to view situations objectively from different perspectives, frame situations and make/drive decisions
  • Thinks and leads strategically
  • 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience as Scrum Master working with teams building enterprise scale product.
