We are looking for Account Managers for Inside Sales to join our Inside Sales teams.   We are hiring in Oklahoma City, OK. You will join our elite/comprehensive sales training academy where you will learn sales methodologies and build the skills you need to make an immediate impact. 

As an Account Manager you will be a trusted advisor and will work with Dell customers in complex environments to devise new and innovative solutions to business challenges. You will engage cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to achieve goals and meet customer needs. 

What makes this exciting:

  • You will be focused on building relationships and becoming a trusted technology advisor to our customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to drive new business acquisition with established and new customers.
  • Be involved with outside sales leads to provide sales representative support.
  • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.
  • Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution.

How your experience will help you hit the ground running:

  • 1+ years of general sales or customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, & peripherals
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills
