Not even ground-breaking products sell themselves. That’s the job of our inside sales professionals. They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handles more challenging customer escalation issues
  • First level leader, understands selling environment and capable of building familiarity with segment and product/service offerings
  • Identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of customer needs
  • Trains and develops team members on both products and selling techniques

Essential Requirements

  • Typically 7 +  years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience ·  Typically requires 0+ years managerial/leadership experience


Desirable Requirements

  • Able to coach and mentor others on building strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate leadership skills
