Accountabilities

Sells products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software, enterprise solutions and service contracts. Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers Functions as the primary insides sales demand generalist and provides support to the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts Work towards achievement of an overlay quota Interacts regularly with the outside sales team Responds to customer inquiries. Works effectively in a team environment May require some direct selling to end user customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively articulate the value proposition with Dell’s Products and services
  • Coaching team around building relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products and services
  • Coaching team on recommending business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interest
  • Engaging cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic locations, in order to achieve goal/meet needs of customers
  • Effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are meet
  • Makes decisions based on appropriate amount of information/data analysis

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Dell technology, services, and financial products
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with multifunctional partners
  • Ability to coach team on Sales Consultatively –ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that result in mutual values  
  • Ability to coach team on uncovering, identifying and leverage published and internal customer information

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years relevant experience
