  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
  • Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., End user Sales Organization, Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues

How your experience will help you hit the ground running:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Understands customer’s business environment from Channel, industry and vertical perspective
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Able to handle multiple projects
