The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working closely with field sales people to drive net new sales as well as to upsell and renews existing customers of RSA solutions. This person will be able to manage relationships with partners, act as the trusted advisor to the end user, manage a full 360 sales cycle as well as being able generate good qualified leads for other specialist areas to follow. They must have a good foundation in IT sales but also be prepared to learn and develop themselves. This person must be comfortable with designing and executing strategic sales campaigns and be comfortable working in a matrix environment where successful projects will require the coordination of multiple owners from different functional units. The Authentication sales specialist must be adept at working in a fast paced, high pressure team environment while delivering timely, accurate and effective results.

- Team player who is able to work well with RSA staff and its channel partners but also able to work independently and on own initiative
- Fluent German and English
