Key Responsibilities

The core purpose of this role is to develop the merchandising strategy and retail account development for our Displays and Client Peripherals range of products.

  • Develop and champion assortment vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches to develop our DnCP business into the French Retail/ Etail ecosystem
  • Drive the top and bottom line and optimize all aspects of the portfolio P&L by delivering smart assortment, managing in-stocks, and driving retailer brand product share of voice
  • Understand and influence sales operations and logistics to build efficient route to market for the etailers and retailers
  • Partner with the commercial organization and distribution to leverage go to market and maximize sales -in opportunities
  • Own product/ financials decisions to meet financial target that is consistent with the assortment strategy

Essential Requirements

  • 5 years minimum experience with exposure in merchandising / retail/ marketing or sales roles
  • Ability to drive customer negotiations
  • Requires demonstrated experience in merchandising and /or go to market product strategy
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the IT market and experience in P&L management, retail, cross-functional project management, and forecasting.
  • Considers Dell-wide implications of decisions and recommendations.
  • Analyzes and forecasts business and market trends.
  • Ability to drive customer negotiations
