General Summary:

You will assist and support a team of Inside Partner Account Manager in their function (Administrative and Sales Backup). As well as building business with your partners, you will be working with other Dell EMC functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:

Missions:

  • Sell products and services by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for Dell, our partners and our customers
  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls, manage potential channel conflict with other channel partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner program agreements.
  • Maintain good business relationships with partners to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
  • Work closely with partner account managers and partners to acquire new opportunities

Essential requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and proactively over the telephone
  • Ability to project a positive sales attitude
  • The time management skills to meet multiple demands in a complex and changing environment
  • Good level of spoken and written Italian is a must and good level of spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational skills and structured approach

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in a cross-functional team or multi-cultural environment
  • Previous experience in selling
