Key Responsibilities

The role in essence, is to be the bridge from products to solutions for our channel partners. Enabling them to understand our portfolio so they can invest and sell more of our products. Create promotions and packages to accelerate key areas of focus in driving recruitment of partners and the revenue for Dell Networking.

  • Evangelise the Dell network Portfolio to technical audiences.
  • Produce demos, tutorials, technical papers and conference presentations that will demonstrate the possibilities of the Dell Networking Portfolio.
  • Generate interest & excitement in Dell Networking through promotions and marketing of our products, services and brand.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy and campaigns for the Dell Network team and channel.
  • Assist and produce solutions and promotions with and for our channel partners.
  • Engage, Enable and motivate key channel partners.
  • Develop new methodologies and tools to help the team and channel become even better in the future
  • Be the crucial link between global and local marketing, technical & sales teams to balance and manage different needs and desires
  • Lead our partners through their network practice
  • Articulate both business and technical benefits of our solution
  • Presentation skills: technical solutions, performing technical demonstrations, explaining the use cases
  • Develop long-term relationships with partners, distributors and our internal extended teams
  • Consolidate partner feedback
  • Create and execute partner technical enablement plans, delivering against KPI’s.
  • Subject matter expert in the Networking, Data Centre and Routing industry
  • Enable partners to: build an internal lab and deliver customer POC’s.
  • Participate and present at partners events.


Essential Requirements

  • Experience in, and passion for, networking technology.
  • Strong experience with technical products to an EMEA audience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A can do, proactive attitude.
  • Extreme focus on quality of work and a strong eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel


Desirable Requirements

  • Degree level qualification
  • 10+ Years of Networking and DC experience
