It takes deep technical knowledge to create architectural designs that exceed service requirements. We’re skilled in analyzing the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment to create technical system solutions. Our expertise includes integrating hardware, processes, methodologies and software into the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing and managing the Epic AMS team during technical software version upgrades and applicable RA\SU updates.
  • Manages the issue tracking process and conveying updates to the key stakeholders.
  • Continually provides process improvement to ensure efficiency across the customer landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at any given time.
  • Strong technical background in Epic Healthcare. This will require the understanding and exposure to Cachè, Client Systems, and Presentation delivery.
  • Working with Epic representatives, the organization's business community, and tecnical application owners to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs in regards to the project deliverables and timeline.


Must Have Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience working with Epic Healthcare
  • Robust understanding of the Epic Upgrade\Update process and all of the corresponding Epic workflow areas
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and adhere to stringent time schedules in order to meet project deadlines and to sequence activities logically

Preferred SKills

  • Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree highly preferred)
  • Epic Certifications
