- Experienced business developer responsible for driving professional services through the Dell EMC field account and services sales teams
- Provides technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in the analysis, desing and development of professional and advanced consulting services and solutions in support of pre-sales activities in the analysis, and development of professional and advanced consulting services and solutions in support of pre-sales activities in support of pre-sales activities in their assigned market, including some critical consulting delivery exceptionally for strategic engagements
- Acts as exprt and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of targeted customers
- Partners with Client Solutions Directors in the same consulting Go-To-Market organization, to maintain coordinated consulting selling efforts
- Makes technical and sales presentations to customer and senior management as well as technical engagements for POC and pilots
- Understands Dell EMC and competitive technology and business applcations within the market. Leads in the development of responses to customer requests and proposals as required
- Transitions work to delivery organization through appropriate proposal and project planning tasks
- Translates client business requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom technical solutions.
- Meets customer objectives and balances the needs of Sales and delivery Teams.
- Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution.
- Participates or leads in customer presentations at senior management level or higher.
- Understands impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell and its customers.
Desired Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
- 10+ working experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling
- Experience working with customers face-to-face, preferably senior personnel
- Strong project management skills or experience with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills over English and local languages
