The overall objective and focus of this role is service excellence:  anticipating clients’ needs; delivering professional and efficient client services; building great working relationships; upholding a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and align with company’s procedures and ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Interfaces and communicates frequently with employees, management and external contacts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all administration aspects of employees on site
Assistant to the RSA management team in IL (Directors and above) in: 
-    Organize agendas and materials for meetings, draft summaries and presentations.
-    Organize complex meetings/events with multiple participants.
-    Organize all aspects of travel, from flights to scheduling meetings and completing expense reports.
Issuing Purchase orders for the RSA Site Operations, maintain invoices and acceptances
Taking part in FRI management staff meeting, summarizing AI and follow-up on them
Import & export services for the RSA site Operations
•    Receive visitors, determine the nature of the visit and direct/announce accordingly
•    Assists in appropriate security directives (ie, issuing visitors badges, sign in/out logs)

Responsible on RSA IL site social events
Responsible on the training activities on site\off site
Petty cash
Schedule and produce itineraries for visitors from abroad.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years customer service/administrative support experience.
Working experience at a global hi-tech company - an advantage
Fluent English and Hebrew.
Solid understanding of and commitment to customer service;
Effective organizational skills – ability to organize and manage own work load. Flexible.
Computer skills – including good knowledge and usage  of MS Office programs
