ACCOUNTABILITIES Manages existing channel partners Works with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities Provides channel partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company products Identifies and qualifies new distributors Develops, motivates and coordinates Dell sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution Interfaces with the channel to ensure that service level agreements are met Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities  RESPONSIBILITIES Entry level channel sales manager   Supports smaller accounts   Takes guidance from senior professionals and lower level managers   Interfaces directly with channel partners, providing solutions, developing new business and build a positive relationship   Frequent coaching/mentoring required   Understands Go to Market strategy and value proposition   Resolve basic issues/concerns, escalates others

职位描述:

1.根据市场的竞品销售走势及主流风格趋向进行下季的趋势性产品规划;

2. 根据产品企划方向及各销售反馈的强势品类特点,进行定向开发的跟进;

3. 走访各大核心供应商,抓取品牌主要订单的款式信息,进行下季开发的引领性选款、打样、再设计;

4. 定期与供应商设计师沟通、传递市场动向和流行资讯,给设计师参考意见;

5. 持续地进行市场调研、收集市场情报和市场资讯;

6. 与相关部门沟通交流,跟进生产进度,监督产品交期,保证产品按时上市,协助生产部进行质检验收,保证商品质量;

8. 掌握上市新品的定价,使产品利益最大化;

9. 定期走访,了解消费动向和售后反应,了解自身产品优劣,熟悉周边品牌的商品状况。

要求:

1. 本科以上学历,营销/策划/设计类相关专业优先

2. 2年以上奢侈品行业产品规划经验

3. 优秀的沟通能力,善于对内对外沟通跨部门合作
