Before we can drive human progress with our game-changing products we must first attract human attention. Marketing Operations teams are integral to shaping our approach. They work in close partnership with teams that specialize in segment marketing, global operations, product management, customer relationship marketing and finance. In collaboration, they build both demand plans for whole product families and specific marketing plans for particular products or segments. Outlining approaches as well as specific activities, they are key to establishing, enhancing and distinguishing Dell product placement within a competitive global market. It’s all about standing out.
Key Responsibilities

  • Grant campaign storytelling consistency cross funnel and vehicle;
  • Validate if media customer path (URL, LPs) is correct and providing best customer experience ;
  • Identify opportunities to improve messaging and communication based on weekly review of online KPIs(Bounce Rate, Visit length, Number of pages…);
  • Accountable by reviewing lower funnel most important assets by vehicle making sure that each vehicle briefing reflects strategy key messages;
  • Manage relationship and influence other business units (Merchandising, Brand, Online) on product & promo decision making;
  • Leading last minute changes (in campaign message, product, price…) making sure its spread all over vehicles;
  • Guarantee that communication is aligned with local legal guidances;

  • Strong process leading and engage others skills
