In Sales Compensation Operations we take charge of the calculation of commission and incentive award payments to sales personnel. We’re tasked with developing, implementing, communicating and administering sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. We also analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expense reports and provide presentations and recommendations for sales or finance management.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing real-time support on incidents and service level adherence management
- Performing business service request
- Identify and communicate issues impacting our internal customers and communicate agreed action
- Manage multiple call queues for all perspective regions
- Execute planned skills changes
- Disseminate Ad0Hoc reports
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work on site
- Ability to communicate on various levels
