The ability to drive human progress through technology relies on robust and reliable IT infrastructure – and that’s what our IT Infrastructure team provides to our customers. We’re a team of experts optimizing the performance and integrity of IT infrastructure and ensuring consistency and synchronization across all infrastructure components. Alongside supporting new and existing applications, we work with other IT groups and business units to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

•           Recognizes and troubleshoots technical problems within acceptable service levels.

•           Communicates with cross-functional teams, primarily at the individual contributor level, to provide problem resolution

•           Utilizes external and internal resources, including teammates, to investigate technology and build knowledge. Regularly contributes to departmental documentation and knowledge bases. Understands and leverages technical and incident communication structure; may be asked to participate in cross-functional teams.

•           Provides technical expertise in cross-functional and intra-departmental efforts. participate in root-cause analysis of technical incidents.

•           May work on multiple problems or projects simultaneously depending on complexity.

•           Participates in process and technical improvements to the IT environments and overall customer experience.

•           Mentor/Coach less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications

2 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; Experience to include:

  • DELL Server Hardware Experience
  • Microsoft Windows Server Administration Knowledge & Experience
  • Knowledge & Experience in Virtualization  - VMware ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, DRS, HA
  • Experience in Performance Management , Disaster Recovery, DELL Hardware
  • Experience working successfully as a team player, sharing knowledge and information proactively to raise the level of the whole team
  • Open to work across Shifts & have good communication skills
  • Be a self-starter, contribute ideas and demonstrate knowledge in work

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge on Cloud Technologies  - Private, Public, Hybrid
  • Knowledge  on ITIL process
  • Scripting Experience
