Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.
oIncrease overall Services revenue and content rate within the Core Sales Segment
oSupport the SSE on a day to day basis to drive joint plans within account set
oAct as the SME for the ISR/AE’s
oIncrease the attach of the full Dell EMC services portfolio
oBecome best of breed at forecasting and outlook processes for your business
oWork with the PLM team to implement marketing initiatives, incentives and promos for the Core Sales team
oEffective pipeline management
oProactive sales activities using all available tools and systems
oProvide business updates on a regular basis to all stakeholders as required
oOperationally support and trainsales teams
oGood knowledge of the Dell EMC services portfolio
oStrong Services background and experience
oExcellent Data analytical skills
oGood knowledge of the sales tools we use including: SFDC, Salesmaker, BMS etc
oWorking knowledge of Large Commercial preferred
oAt least 3 years’ experience within a sales environment
oBachelor’s degree preferred
