Our IT Service Operations team provides holistic support and proactive monitoring to maintain the overall health of IT applications, tools and infrastructure in complex global businesses. We are subject matter experts in hardware, data and software, security, information access, system performance and data integrity. We also work in partnership with other IT functions and departments to recommend process improvements and resolve system outages.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Windows/Linux server technical support for Dell global.
  • Responsible for monthly server patching for Microsoft and OEL Patching ,BIOS, VMware, Kernel upgrade activities if update is available.
  • Responsible to monitor and maintaining SCCM client health and diagnosing.
  • Take accountability for each and every problem while ensuring ownership remains with the appropriate support group.
  • Participate and contribute actively, directly or indirectly related to the team activities/projects.
  • Responsible to resolves customer escalations as appropriate.
  • Execute mass deployment requests.
  • Able to work in a Global team environment and help each other during mass deployment task


Essential Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or IT.
  • Yeas of experience from 2-5 years preferred.
  • Able to work on weekend and public holiday during patching cycle. 


Desirable Requirements

  • Exposure to global culture across America and Malaysia.
  • High performing team.
  • Experience in SCCM, BladeLogic or Satellite patching tools
