• Manage Deal Registration, Case management and Partner on-boarding
• Make necessary outbound calls to Sales and/or Partners to resolve issues, answer questions and help facilitate an ease of doing business - Mostly email based
• Channel System Support for internal & external users for Partner Central and MyQuotes
• Channel System Training for internal & external users
• Maintain account profiles on both current and new channel partners
Requirements:
• 0-2 Years of working experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Flexibility working in shifts
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong sense of urgency, excellent follow-up
• Detail oriented and proactive, self-motivated
• Interpersonal and Conflict resolution skills
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Salesforce and SAP knowledge is a plus
