Executive Assistant (RSA)
Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others. Handling Cairo RSA inventory of equipment (laptops, headphones, mobiles, etc.) Managing travel arrangements for RSA leaders or as requested. Managing Concur and expense reports for RSA leaders. Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings. Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits. Managing the preparation & submission requests for Purchase Orders (POs). Coordination, administration and execution of local on-floor events (visits, All-Hands meetings, etc.…) including the external needs like renting tables, reserving data show devices, sounds system, etc... Collecting and publishing minutes of meetings for all management related meeting (manager’s weekly meetings, meetings with senior management and executives, roundtables, etc.) Managing hotel, car and meal reservations for all RSA Cairo visitors (including managers, trainers, remote working team members, etc.…) The consolidation and formatting for all needed management presentations (Presentations for All Hands and similar events) Maintains leader's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
