Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, motivate and retain a highly skilled set of Technical Instructors, across specific geos within APJ
  • Mentor and ensure the continued development of the Team Members in technical and personality developments skills, to enable them to do their job effectively
  • Work with Internal Stake-Holders and Sales organizations to understand and cater to their continued training requirements
  • Directs the efforts of a team of Instructors, in delivering high quality training programs/ practices.
  • Establishes performance metrics for team to achieve
  • Assists in the integration of complex business factors and new work processes to develop and implement long-term strategic training plans, policies and procedures to support and achieve business objectives
  • Provides on-going consultation on training and development research, learning and motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques that ensure optimal level of training delivery initiatives
  • Collaborates with leadership at all levels to identify training needs and develop strategic programs to best address requirements Responsible for planning and execution of organizational budgets and schedules
  • Viewed both internally and externally as an expert on training and development research, learning and motivation theory, and new materials, methods and techniques that ensure optimal level of training delivery initiatives

  • Extends capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.
