Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for helping our customers in German speaking markets. In this role you will receive training and have the option to develop your technical abilities.
  • You will need to provide a professional service in accordance with company procedure, using internal tools and consulting with your colleagues.
  • Provide a service to customers regarding hardware, software and IT issues via telephone and email
  • Track your work in the case management software
  • Offering the customer options to purchase Dell products, when required.

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to speak moderate to good German
  • Team personality
  • Willingness to learn and improve

Desirable Requirements

  • A grasp of English is beneficial

Salary starting from: 1250 EUR monthly gross
