Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coach is responsible for sales soft/hard skills development of CSB Sales Teams. The successor will work close with CSB Management and sr. Leadership team on setting, developing and implementing efficient coaching strategies.

  • Coaches CSB Sales Makers on soft /hard skills
  • Helps and advises on proactively building and developing business relationships in acquisition sales as well as transactional (commercial and consumer) environment
  • Understand and business teams needs / strategy and metrics
  • Responsible for driving strategic initiatives in acquisition sales – finds and develops new methods
  • Ensure by coaching that the team achieves targets score on or above the targets
  • Deliver the SMART coaching session to the relevant audience
  • Communicate and align in regular meetings with sr. Management, Management and support team

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience
  • Proven track record of high performance in previous roles
  • Excellent German communication skills, written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
  • Strong knowledge on DELL products, Sales Tools & Processes
  • Proven ability in developing sales presentations and delivering sales training content
  • Ability to develop rapport with internal and external customers

Salary starting from: 1866€/ monthly gross fix + 800€/ monthly gross variable pay
