We are looking for a determined, self-starter who has good analytical and communication skills, and is well organized, to be a part of the Customer Success team in Boston, MA.  Our Customer Success team is focused on retaining and growing existing business, and provides support to CloudHealth by VMware’s current customer base.  The Customer Success Intern will have the opportunity to gain real world experience and learn about the ins and outs of account management.

Insights into your Role

The Customer Success (CS) Intern will partner with the Customer Success team to construct opportunities to increase adoption across CloudHealth’s customer base, and proactively identify risk. Working with cross-functional teams, you will compile and analyze trends across the business using tool such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and the CloudHealth platform. In this role, you will shadow members of the CS team, and will also learn about the cloud computing industry, its key players, and how it continues to scale.


Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Motivated self-learner with the passion and follow through to acquire new skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and navigate through ambiguity
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including good communication to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner

  • Ability working with cross functional teams
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Works well in a global virtual environment that is fast-paced and agile
  • High level of accountability and integrity
