Job Role and Responsibility:

VMware is looking to hire a Senior Director for Enterprise Sales in India. You will lead a team of Sales Managers working with VMware’s largest customers thru a non-transactional, strategic sales engagement model. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding assigned revenue goals, and delivering superior customer satisfaction through outcome-oriented selling. Building on existing C-suite relationships and nurturing new ones – you will be seen by our customers as a trusted advisor as they apply technology to deliver superior business results.
