Key Responsibilities

This role provides business intelligence, analytics and reporting support to the TLA (Transformation License Agreement) Program. The TLA Program at Dell EMC supports software sales globally and is a key part of Dell EMC’s storage and data protection strategy. This role is critical to ensuring information is available to monitor performance of the business and enable timely decision making.

Executive level reporting, including, but not limited to:

  • Weekly Bookings Metrics / Top Pursuits Distribution
  • Data support and consolidation for quarterly proactive opportunity loads
  • Monitor and measure KPI performance
  • Business analysis trends
  • Consolidation of regional metrics and reporting
  • Field Facing Reports and Targeting
    • Sales Campaign Unsolicited Campaigns Targeting
    • Customer Portfolio Management
  • Ad-Hoc reports to support business insights and decision making


Essential Requirements

  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Ability to leverage internal systems and data sources
  • Project management
  • Experience with ERP system reporting
  • Experience with PPT
  • Analytical thinker: able to assess data comprehensiveness and quality

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience leading data improvement initiatives across internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and the Big Data Lake
