The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
- Work within organization to improve our use of Salesforce CRM for Sales, Channel, Marketing and Services
- Drive integration of new technology such as Einstein Analytics, Predictive Analytics, LIghtning, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Chat, Telephone integration, Mobile and other into our organization
- Support less experienced resources and help to ensure their success within the organization
- Help to define and drive overall strategy
- Certified Salesforce Expert with multiple relevant certifications
- Relevant College education
- 7-10 years of experience with Salesforce.com
- Consulting experience a plus
