Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your sales management savvy and relationship building prowess?  RSA, a division of Dell, who provides more than 30,000 customers worldwide with essential security capabilities that protect their most valuable assets from cyber threats is seeking an Inside Sales Repetitive to manager and develop sales within assigned inside account portfolios.  We’re looking for our next Sales Manager to bring a proven track record of delivering sales revenue, incremental growth, and territory profitability.  You’ll be responsible for leading a team to meet (and exceeding!) established quota in territory sales, new facings and new or restored accounts.

Job Description

Responsible for the management and measurement of the Sales Development Representative team (SDR), an extension of the Americas sales organization.  The SDR team is a resource which helps drive pipeline and revenue through demand generation, opportunity progression, and account fulfillment assistance.  The SDR manager will monitor and update a sales training program and/or sales training activities that develop the SDR’s skill sets surrounding technology foundations, RSA solutions knowledge, sales and soft skills.  Keep up with industry trends, technology and best practices. Responsible for providing coaching, support, motivation to help individual team members meet their sales objectives and progress their sales career.  Monitor productivity and effectively utilize the CRM system to monitor and report on individual and team performance.  Collaborate closely with field sales organization and marketing to develop programs and ensure alignment to pipeline development. 

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quota of the team through high volume dial activity.
  • Collaborate to development programs with marketing and field sales for prospects and profiles potential accounts via the telephone, email and social media.
  • Leverages multiple lead-generation tools to meet SDR appointment quota goals.
  • Coordinates and manages ongoing sales, business, and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of RSA's solutions and go-to-market strategies. This includes written tests and oral presentations that measure sales competencies and messaging ability of team.
  • Work in partnership with field marketing and field sales to drives attendance to customer events, seminars, and briefings.
  • Expertly utilizes Salesforce.com, Sales loft, LinkedIn and other technologies to track appointments and other sales activities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound demand generation activities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar desired
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role preferred
