With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. The team is also crucial to getting shipping right. All in all, it is a fascinating and incredibly varied area.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work with engineers to define & organize efforts needed to support product programs & projects.
  • Drives SaaS Ops projects to ensure goals are met.
  • Assist with prioritization and adjustments to projects due to operational interrupts or conflicting project priorities.
  • Serve as an interface between SaaS Ops & RSA product teams.
  • Summarize and communicate status to different audiences:  SaaS Ops team, SaaS Ops management, Product teams
  • Coordinate activities between multiple projects to ensure they align with the organization’s goals
  • Recognize program risks and prepare mitigation plans for them to senior leaders

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
  • Experience setting up and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style.
  • Ability to view situations objectively from different perspectives
  • Proficiency in framing situations and making/driving decisions.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote and Outlook
