Utilize business knowledge and experience to aid evaluating, creating and/or modifying internal tools, process or policy.
Apply project management principles to implement and/or consult on business capabilities.
Define problem, scope and resource requirements to resolve a reported issue
Collaborate with peers, leads, and engineers, and third party vendors to resolve customer issues, maintaining complete ownership of issues from beginning to resolution
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate resolution for their reported issues
Document problems, diagnostics, interactions, next steps, and solutions implementation steps
Generate and Present reporting outlining progress, problems and/or solutions
2 - 3 years’ experience in a customer support service or operations support role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with proven experience interacting with a range of personalities, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Must have a passion for learning and demonstrable intellectual curiosity
Able to manage competing demands, multiple priorities, while remaining adaptable and flexible
Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Able to speak in MANDARIN language is a MUST
