It’s not just our products that break the mold. The way we fulfill orders to our customers does too. Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Monitors sales order systems to ensure accurate receipt and booking of on-line and off-line transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with operating procedures and corporate policies.
  • Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers.
  • Drives sales operations process improvements.
  • Maintains associated records, prepares related reports and manages to business level metrics.
  • Communicates regularly and effectively with leadership and team.
  • Focuses on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and vision.  
  • Manages team members responsible for order management within a business segment Determines appropriate order management procedures to support the business needs
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements for direct team


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7 years of working experience in operation with at least 2 years in people manager role
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
