-Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirements
-Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
-Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding
-Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
-Technical or Sales recruiting experience
-Championing our brand and promoting Dell as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities.
-5+ year of experience in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter for a large corporation
-Experience working in the high tech space
-Experience in Sales (technology space) Recruiting OR Technology Recruiting
-Strong sourcing skills - creative approach to finding passive candidates
-Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
-Good knowledge of ATS and CRM systems
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline
-Previous experience working in an international or global environment
