The Secureworks North America Enterprise Field Marketing Manager position is a full-time role within the Secureworks North America Field Marketing and Global Demand Center team. The North America Enterprise Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that target new and existing clients and are designed to generate new opportunities and advance existing opportunities for the sales teams.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, global environment.  Candidates will have a thorough appreciation for lead- and demand generation, including how to optimize the channel and investment mix to achieve the regional revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a marketing automation platform and driving data management and reporting best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and support a regional marketing plan and marketing programs that target enterprise level organizations in North America.  This includes events, digital, direct and account based marketing.
  • Track and report on sales and pipeline performance and adjust marketing plans and sales enablement needs as needed.
  • Support Executive Briefing Center sessions for their segment.
  • Strategize, develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Align to and adapt corporate messaging and portfolio / sales plays to achieve maximum impact in the region.
  • Accountable for effective communication with the sellers in the field, leveraging newsletters, quarterly business reviews, calls and recurring meetings.
  • Work with the events team to research and select live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of all programs.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including regional and local programs.
  • Collaborate with fellow field marketers on joint initiatives, ideas, successes and process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in marketing; preferably in the technology space
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and demand generation
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategies
  • Understanding of buyer personas and buyer journey
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills is a must
  • Time management, organization and project management skills with attention to detail from inception through execution
