Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using all communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

Key Responsibilities

Working as Representative in the Medium Business team offers you the opportunity to control the entire sales cycle, from opportunity to order. Together with our Sales Coach you will learn how to effectively communicate the value of Dell Technologies to our customers through a consultative selling approach.

  • Maintain good business relationships with customers and act as a go-to person for them
  • Building relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Achieve targets by positioning Dell's complete range of solutions
  • Outbound and inbound communication with internal and external customers
  • Work closely with all stakeholders in the sales process (e.g. outside sales, partners, specialists ...) to acquire new opportunities

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Service - and Customer-focused
  • Interest in IT and Trends
  • Results-oriented team player
  • Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Dutch plus English
